Clinic Occupational Therapist

Therapy Solutions is currently looking for qualified Occupational Therapists to work in our pediatric clinic in Lafayette, Indiana.  This career will allow the opportunity to serve children and impact the rest of their lives!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, reevaluations, and referrals
• Provide direct occupational therapy services
• Complete observations, screenings and evaluations of referred clients
• Develop POC for children based on identified needs
• Communicate with families/caregivers, doctors, insurance companies
• Collaborate with Speech-language Pathologists and Physical Therapists

Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Indiana Occupational Therapy State License
